I returned 3 wire boxes to Comcast more than 3 years back, and that I am today getting expenses and selection characters to get a container they state wasn't delivered. The cost is $100, plus they need a bill for that container return. Who retains such issues? We've had a home fire since that time (no container retrieved, no bills survived), and also have since transferred to a different condition (no container discovered), and although Comcast no further actually employs these containers, they demand we owe $100! I've talked to many buddies who've had comparable statements by Comcast challenging cost for gear they possibly never had or have delivered.
