Based on Vault.com's description of their gold services I signed up. Buyer beware. It is nearly impossible to navigate the service, content is horribly outdated (about three years old) and to make matters worse, it took weeks for someone to call me back. I was told I would get a refund and three months later, they refused to grant it.
Here is their response to a three month delay, and ignoring calls and emails: "I apologize greatly for the delay in my reply. After sending this matter to the accounting department, I have been waiting on their response to the claim.
Their stance is you are not eligible for a refund because it was an initial purchase and not a renewal. Vault does not offer refunds on initial subscription purchases in order to prevent fraudulent use of the website."
So why did you tell me it would be granted in the first place? This is a small office, you could not have asked someone this earlier? I filed a complaint with the BBB due to their false advertising, horrible service and lack of promised refund. DO NOT BUY THEIR SERVICES.
