Over the last 6 months we have been billed for numerous waiting charges even to the point of saying the messenger waited 70 minutes... Please!
Never before have i disputed a bill from them, and the first time i do, they get nasty and refuse to take off the 20 minute wait time I have documentation that they did not wait.
