Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing they promised to send employment letter and visa papers and asked me to 40 usd each for the aplications and 5 % of our ticket fair which we did for the 3 letters sent to mr ROBERT A. DECKER ripoff

Mr robert a. Decker asked me to pay 40$ to help me find a job in any where in the world, and 5% of the ticket fair charged in my country that my visa and employment letter will be given and there are 3 letters written to him with the money. ALL letters are registered by our post mail and after much phone call he and sarah sent another letter telling me to pay 200$ each to enable them release my decuments
