Signed up for 11.4 cents per kWh, billed 13.9, just a run around by Fist Choice, did not return calls, etc. Ran into a guy whose girlfriend works for First Choice Power, she was offered a 25 percent discount b/c she is a student, however her staement cam came out to the same rate as TXU (the primary provider in DFW area), she called and questioned her rate, and yes, got the run-around and BS also. This company should be bull-dozed!
