After 3 years agreement my contract was renewed for another 1 year becuase they did not recieve my cancellation letter 60 days prior to renewal date ripoff

I fulfilled my 3 years agreement with PA and now since they did not receive my cancellation letter I'm locked in for 1 year renewal agreement.

Yes it is stated in the agreement.

But it is in their best interest to deny that they ever got any letters from me so that they can keep me under contract for another year. I'm looking for suggestions how to terminate this contract.
