Installation problem

I've used the majority of this week looking to get through concerning the additional atmosphere package, to your organization to become mounted in my own house telephone calls have run-up after I have through I've been placed on store or stop.

I had been informed on friday evening that somebody might telephone me, within 24 or 48-hours I'm still waiting so if somebody might straighten out this clutter for me before i choose to eliminate my atmosphere package once as well as for all.
