I bought a mattress from the store nearby and i was told that the mattress i would get is in perfect condition without any problems, it was just a clearance item and i was told by the sales person (who happened to be the Vice Presidentof sales in our area) that he pretty much promises that we wouldn't have any problems with the mattress in the future.
When it was delivered to our house the 2 delivery men broke my bed frame and took it completely apart my bed is now destroyed. The bed frame they brought was not the queen size which is the size of the mattress i ordered but instead they gave me a bigger frame, as they were trying to make it fit my bed they ended up breaking the bed, leaving my apartment and not mentioning anything, they assured that they would call us the next day but Sleepy'sno one ever called us.
I called Sleepy's customer service spoke with Angie who is supposed to be some type of manager there and she did nothing but give me an attitude every single time i spoke with her. I didn't get to sleep on the mattress for weeks waiting for them to deliver the new frame, it never got to us so we put tried to sleep on it for 2 nights. I woke up with back pains the first night and the second time i slept on the bed my husband (fiance at the time) woke up in the middle of the night and ended up sleeping on our futon. This matter has not been resolved and the only thing i can do at this time is file a lawsuit against the company. I guess they don't really care about their customer service, only wants to take your money and get rid of their mattresses. I was an idiot for going to them and trusting the VP who recommend my mattress. I just graduated college and now i am stuck with a mattress that doesn't work, a bed that's broken, and i am still sleeping on a futon after spending $911 a couple months ago which i am still paying monthly. Do not buy a mattress from this company. It is a rip offf!!!
