Ripoff unauthorized debits contract fraud

I signed a contract with this company and then they sent me a copy of a contract that had different terms, not the contract that I signed. They've made unauthorized and random debits from my checking account for over a year and I'm finally tired of it. When I called to cancel I was met with a very unfriendly agent and now my checking account has been debited a $75.00 account closure fee that was not in the contract. I've had one headache after another trying to process credit cards with this company. I've been charged with chargebacks that never happened. Thanks to our wonderful government for allowing companies like this to rip off non-profit charities like ours. It's a shame that Cardservice is allowed to continue to conduct business in this manner with all of these complaints against them.
