I am a small business owner doing a criminal record background check on a potential employee and spouse. Aware of pending warrants on both, requested nationwide search services. I was required to charge $39.95 per search result. Names, dates of birth, counties and states were given and confirmed, but no records were found. You cannot charge consumer for service that was not provided. After search return without data, disclosure was presented. Clear record on wanted criminals.
