I mistakenly made a reservation on Priceline.com at the Millenium Hotel in New York City.
Upon discovering my mistake (10 minutes elapsed), I called the 800 number at Priceline to report the error. I was told that I could not cancel my reservation.
I have spoken to three people at Priceline, one at Citibank (the charge card that I used) and two at the Millenium Hotel.
No one will help me to get my $182.82 back. This is a ripoff. I called to report the mistake within 10 minutes of incorrectly making the reservation.
