I been ripped off and I do not know what to do. I recieved a call saying I owed $1000.00 on my bill and I was shock and ask why. They told me I had roaming charges when I send my son to N.Y. They also mysteriously change my plan to local and I started out with nationwide. I finally told myself to pay the bill which I was ready to do. I had no service for 3 months and now my bill is $2000.00. Please help me this is a ripoff big time. I want to pay what I think is fair. They robbing me with out a gun.
