Sadly, and with prior warning about BHA, I fell into the smooth trap, spent $7,000 and have a nice resume to show for it. I receive nothing other than reactive coaching based on the networking I've done. There is no proactive coaching and there is no "Haldane Process". Don't fall into the same trap that I did. I've expressed my dissatisfaction and have terminated the contract and am asking for a refund equivalent to services that I haven't received. I.E. I have a 3-year contract which I'm 8 months into and prepared to pay for the 8 months but no more. Their response is "no refund" and that I should contact the Better Business Bureau which I see that they are a member of. I don't know what step to take next. If anybody can give some advice, I'd certainly appreciate it. I think that they might be in bed with the BBB which is why they so quickly referred me to them. Looking for suggestions.
