Everybody seems to be "moving the book"

I've recently experienced numerous issue with both Q & W plus one of its providers GE Capital/Cash. We're normal customers of Q & W, as have bought a fresh home. We've invested over £2 on backyard furniture, outside heaters / other DIY items along with lamps.

Just Before holiday you'd a unique present on the lightweight Television/Dvdplayer, which we bought for the home.in April it/DVD-Player wouldn't turn on. We've examined all of the apparent issues i.E. Blend, outlet etc also it doesn't be seemingly some of them.

We talked to yourselves at that time, once we can't find out bill, but whilst the sequential number/bar-code etc was still intact about the back of them and also the proven fact that we taken care of this product on our W&Q shop card was evidently adequate evidence of the purchase. (As informed by 2 people at T&Q shop and client solutions group)

We were recommended to talk to GE Capital/Profit order to obtain an itemised W&Q card record (as these aren't instantly sent). We've had 3 discussions today together with your provider, but have not obtained the "proof" required. We've lately settled our B off entirely as are unhappy until that is solved to continue shopping. What's more annoying is the fact that GE Capital/Cash are extremely positive in calling people athome continuously using their Revenue patter, but no present of assistance or aid.

We recently approached W&Q again seeking aid and assistance changing this product that's still under promise and offered them the serial numbers required. They established they might confirm that place had been taken by the purchase, but wouldn't assist us with no itemised record from GE Capital/Cash.

Everybody seems to be "moving the guide" and we don't experience this can be a reasonable method of trading. We're real sincere clients of one's shops who require support at this juncture. Please is it possible to assist us ASAP, or we shall don't have any option apart from to find appropriate/press guidance. It/dvdplayer wasn't costly (approximately £60 using the discount removed), however it continues to be under promise.
