National fuel really pulled a fast one on me. My husband lost his job and we were without money for a month and we couldn't pay our gas bill. So i went to national fuel for some help. To see if they would except some money for the bill and we make up the rest when we get some money. Well they said oh you would be qualified for heap. Make that "emergencie heap" and i just don't pay the bill.
Well three months go by i make an appointment for heap finding out for one we make to much and it counted only on gross not what you bring home. National fuel seemed to forget to tell me that other wise i would of told her we made too much.By the forth month our bill went up to 700.00 some dollars. They with a smile said oh we can help you don't you worry. 10.00 amonth for the next 7 years. And again thier taking late payments each month. Getting more out of me because they couldn't tell me straight out what would be what. Now i owe a huge bill no thanks to national fuel, if they help tell you they can help tell them to stick up thier butts cause thier looking to get more out of you.
