You know my story may be slightly confusing, in fact sometimes I feel just that. I am a sprint customer and honestly they use to keep me very angry. The stories I could tell you, I remember the first time I so called went over my minutes. I don't recall the females name, but she had me so hot I just wanted to find any female wearing that red shirt with the sprint logo on it and beat the living daylights out of her.

It was the month of February, with just 28 days this particular year. I have 2000 anytime minutes and wasn't on the phone no longer than usual. So obviously I was concerned & confused, so I called to see how could they make this mistake and what we could do to rectify this problem. Her reply was priceless, I told well I don't understand how is this possible. She replied: you picked up the phone, dialed out and ran your mouth!

I was to through, I'm like excuse me? Ah yes, she repeated it. I just couldn't understand why she was talking to me this way. So you know by the time she hung up on me, killimg her seemed as if it would be a great public service. I figured it out though see, when you press that *2 its not connecting you with anyone local. Which can make a person who may actually be 5'2 feel 10ft tall. Totally untouchable, you yell she takes off the earphones you curse she laughs.

People this is their profession, they sit on their slightly large rears in front of a computer & direct your call. I don't know why they ask you why do you want to speak to their supervisor. They don't ask me that anymore, I mean isn't it obvious you can't help me so put someone on here who can. I'm not saying it's still a fact but most of them I believe work from home. Once back in I belieeve there was a child crying in the background.

Now the reason I call them sprintmafia... An associate of mines, husband went away to where he could only call her collect. She paid her bill and added a few extra hundred dollars to her phone so he could call her. Well she came and stayed with me for a couple of months, anyway he didn't call that first month but the money was gone in those 30-31 days. Mind you she wasn't on the phone that much, so what happened? They found a reason for every dollar she put on there to disappear. So tell me (Katie, Blerina and Beth) where did the monies go?

Okay, I read all print on my contract and nowhere did it say back then like they say now, that these terms are subject to change at anytime so you should frequently check the website ya-da-ya-de-ya. But yes they do continously ad time to your contract and the last I knew it was $150. To get out of contract. So it went up $25. What a rip-off, see someone like (Katie) would probably tell you sure you can cancel but it'll cost you an extra additional cancelation fee plus what you owe, so you still want me to turn off your service? Isn't that right Katie? Who's gonna give up that kind of money, while angry at some devil-driven, low level employee? Who you'll probably never speak to again in life.

I couldn't wait to get out of contract, most of you feel that way now right? But then what? Sprint owe me, they know they do. I've had the same plan for years, after I learned the hard way that upgrading your plan starts your contract all over again. I haven't changed a thing and finally... I'm out of contract (yippee). Whoa reality sets in sprint doesn't drop that many calls and when they do, you call very nice repeat it to me again virtual Claire and say credit for dropped-calls. She very politely apologizes for your inconvenience and takes. 50cents off of your bill or which ever is your highest local airtime rates. Oh I didn't finish telling you why they owe me, I got unlimited pcs to pcs always have. When they were promoting that voice command feature for free for how ever long it was free. I just didn't want it! Why? The particular phone I had was already equipped with it. So if I don't use that one and it's free, why add one I'll eventually have to pay for and not use?

Well some nut there decided that they were just gonna make me take (voice command), so they took away my pcs to pcs and gave it to me anyway! Imagine that, so now when my minutes get low and I start only talking to those who own sprint phones. It really doesn't matter, why 'cause they changed my plan when I wasn't looking. When I asked how long it been that way they said: (I dunno). You see, I talk to this family member who lives out of town but has a sprint phone for two hrs. Thinking it's pcs to pcs. When in reality I just used 120 daytime minutes.

I'm confused are you sure I'm over my minutes? Well how? So when my bill comes I go over every inch of it. I was so freaking mad I'm like so when did y'll stop putting the cute little phones on the bill? We didn't, just heated that's all I could say. I've been paying for my night&weekend minutes to start at seven and I still do, even though now it starts at7pm for free but not for me.

You know Verizon weekend minutes end sunday night at the stroke of midnight, but sprints weekend minutes end at 7am monday morning. Cingular has hidden charges that'll kill your bank book, at least I know Sprints. Nextel use to have the coolest phones, now their with Sprint. Now that Cingular has one I finally like that Sprint doesn't have. How long you think before Sprint-Nextel buys Cingular? Especially with Cingulars latest stunt, it's like I don't care if you're an senior citizen and need just a basic phone for while you're out and about. You better upgrade your phone, what do you mean limited income?

I have add-a-phone on my account but 1 was stolen at gun point, does insurance cover that? I feel they have a gun up 2 my head sometimes too. So now I pay for vision on a phone I don't even have anymore. The up-side I now have a message number, will I call Sprint and get it shut off, why for a new contract?

Metro pcs is starting to look better and better every month, who knows around christmas sprint might be behind me by then. I know my story is long yet interesting and believe me there's more. So I'll wrap it up, the fact is the worst thing about sprint is customer service and pretty soon virtual Claire will solve that problem. Then people like Ms. Katie and Ms. Ran your mouth will be right where they belong ha ha ha... Lol & lmao. So yeah if y'll get a class act... Going leave it on the board I got plenty to add...
