We entered into an agreement with House Values.com promising that we would close 4-7 deals per month. They mislead our Company and Real Estate/loan officers team. The leads that we received were bogus. A lot of disconnected number's I took the email out of their system and emailed the customers directly and 45% were rejected emails however, Housevales system doesn't indicate that because it goes directly to there server's you can not monitor the email's unless you take them out of House Values system and send direct.
After recieving names as britney spears, michael jackson and other phony email names we came to the conclusion that House Values is a joke and prey on Mortgage and Real Estate agents for monterey purposes and don't deliver.
We are filing a petition and class action Law suit Please join us and bring these crooks to justice.
