Having to pick up "wic" for my daughter, i was rudely told that the juice item was not "wic" approved! Having to be careful when selecting the "wic" items, most stores post a sign on the shelf and i this juice was so posted. Well after walking back to the isle and makeing sure i made no mistake, i told them it
was posted as so, but noooooo, don scott (store manager) said i could not have that brand and it was posted only for when the other brand was out. I suggested he rem0ve that sign, it was misleading, and to post when the product was available, and he informed me he could do what ever he wanted, it was his store.
That leads me to believe he can post false prices if he wants and he enjoys making his customers confused and have to go back and get what he tells them to.
I also told him he should mark the cereal section (no wic sign) and he said he didnt have to do anything. What a poor attitude!
He needs to get another job, but obviously isnt educated enough to do any thing else, he definitely needs management training.
I will not go back to that store! Not as long as that "jerk" is the manager!
