They took 4,000 Dollars from me and did not help me solve my case with the IRS they are thieves Ripoff

I whent to them for help in solving my back taxes. And all they did was take my money and run. Not only did they not help me, but they took my money. Which I could have given to the IRS. They siad that I qualified for the offer in compromise and when it came down to it they left me hanging.
