Colleen Kelly from HV contacted me via telephone to solicit my business. She told me that I would have a 3 month trial period at $90 for real estate sales leads none of the 30 or more CMAs were real leads. They want 2500 to cancel my subscription Ripoff

House Values mislead me with a promise of a 3 month trial for $99 per month They promised to provide leads to home owners wanting to find a realator to sell their property.

I performed over 30 comparitive market analysis (one for a 13 year old I found out later) for alleged prospective clients.

Not one actually wanted to use the services of a realator to sell their home.

I have cancelled my subscription and now they want to charge a cancellation fee of $1,800 plus one month fee of $469.

This company has not lived up to their promise and is now overcharging me for nothing. Be very careful if you decide to deal with them.
