I signed up with Joe Scott for a trial of 20 leads, we changed the commitment period to 1 month. Told him if I was happy with their service, I would sign to extend. I wasn't happy, all leads that I could make contact with already had a PA going on a property or looking to refi and only wanted rate info. They have a replacement policy that provided more of the same. Even had a couple real estate agents that they sent as leads. Now they are trying to bill for automatic renewals, even though our contract was for 20 leads for month of December. I had chalked up the initial loss as they suckered me. Now that they are trying to nail me for multiples of that for not delivering, I am disputing all charges they made to my credit card.
Feel free to give them a try if you are looking for a way to waste time and money.
If there are others from Minnesota that would like to write a joint letter to Attorney Gereral or Commerce Dept - let me know.
