These guys sucked me into a 6 month contract for buying real estate leads that they tell you are from Realestate.com. The leads they sell you are junk and are from other websites. If you go to Realestate.com you find that those leads are routed to their "prefered" real estate companies and the leads they sell to the general public are generated from some 2nd rate sites they have.
90% of the leads are for bottom feeders who do not have realistic expectations. Any time (and it's rare) that you actually get a lead on the telephone you find out that they didn't want to be contacted and only entered information becasue it was the only way to access the site. That would be fine if they had quality leads but finding leads you even want to accept is rare.
Stay away form this company!!!
