I was signed up for a wireless credit card machine with, a woman representing Vericomm, name Karen Covington. She offered my co-workers and I this deal for $31 a month for credit machine leasing.
I took the offer and she got the paper work ready when I was working on a client (I'm a hair stylist). She had me sign a contract and I received my machine a week later. When I got my bill it was $112! WHAT!
I called her and she said she got thing mixed up. She came to my salon and delivered $69 in cash and had me sign a NEW contract for $31 and that was suppose to take care of it.
Well it didn't. I have messages saved on my phone of Karen saying she was going to work my problem till the end. And Now I have been billed 4 times for $112
Karen will NOT return my calls and is now ignoring me. The staff at Vericomm customer service weren't helpful at all. They said in so many words that I was just out of luck!
