Travis with Outrank promised the website on the front page within 60 days. Also said they were going to build a "professional web page". I provided the business profile sheet well within the required time. Took three hours to complete since it ask very detailed questions. It also took that long since i wanted no mistakes They called me and began to ask the same questions at which I asked if he had received my profile. He said "oh, of course". But demanded I repeat every answer.
The page they built looked like a 5 year old built it. Had images that weren't what we gave them. Content and services we do not provide. Contacted them about what they eventually referred to as an "oversight". Did not use the metatags we said worked for our business. They rep said "wouldn't I like to offer this services too" they finally got the site somewhat similar to our main website. But never added the correct metatags. I, ve requested a refund since the site never got on front page as promised. Steve Russell said they never give refunds. Refuses to refund even though we only got 4 calls 90 days from their pathetic website they built. The calls were for services we do not provide. But services they assumed should be in the metatags list. Services we did not offer in the business profile. Beware. Beware. Beware..
