Maria Caas called me to offer a "brand new" rental resale program from Interval. She misled me to believe it was Inteval International, a timeshare exchange and banking company. They are NOT affiliated with II and they do NOT resell or rent timeshare. She and John Jack also said they market the properties to corporations at the orange county convention center.
I called the OCCC and they had never heard of this company, they have never had a booth at any event nor do they have any relationships with the corporations that attend these events. All they do is lie to you with "180 day guarantees" and proven track records. The only track record they have is taking persons money, not even listing the timeshare, don't return your phone callls and will lie, cheat and steal to get you to give them your credit card.
They got me for $552.00 please don't let them do the same to you. If anyone calls you to rent or sell your timeshare form Interval Realty, tell them to go to hell and hang up.
