I was routed to k&b transportation south sioux city, ne. Terminal for hometime and get truck repairs done. When i got to terminal i went into the bshop and made out a report on repairs that needed to be fixed while im on hometime. That was on a friday, my girlfriend picked me up at k&b terminal and we went home. When i was home i decided k&b wasnt a company that i was comfortble working for so i didnt go back. Its oct. 2010 now and after tryn for almost 8months tryn to get a trucking job a trucking company finaly told me why i cant get a job: k&b transportation south sioux city, ne. Put on my DAC report that i abandon their truck. That is a lie. The federal already took their prepass privilages away. Why cant the federal laws stop k&b transportation from falsifing drivers DAC report??? Any answers to that question? My record was clean until they lied bout me. Rodney Harlan, IA.
