Cox cables phone reps lie and decieve hoping you'll forget your service does'nt work San Diego

My high speed internet became hit or miss after
I added a TV to my office. I removed the TV and the problem remained, so I called for a tech to repair the problem and the nightmare began!

The first phone tech (tard) to answer was very rude, short, and acted if he really didn't care if I cancelled my service. He claimed he could not send a tech to my house to fix the issue because my computer was showing a full signal. I reminded him that this was my third call in a week and that was enough! He told me company policy was to not send a tech when a signal is detected. I said " are you kidding me!!! I want your name and a manager!!!" he said his name was Tom and he couldn't give a last name. I demanded a employee number and he gave that up.

After cooling off from that call I called again and got a gal who was alot more caring and said she would send a tech out either way. So we schedueled a appointment between 7am and 9am. My cell phone rang that morning at 7am exactly from the cox office number with a pre recorded message from " Chris " (who is the tech) stating that I just missed the precall and to call the office back to set another time for a tech. At 7:10 am I called and the worthless ass people back at the office and they claimed that the tech was waiting outside my house at 7am and left already. I asked why they didn't call one of my two cox numbers and they said thats not the number I gave them.

The worthless ass phone phonies said they would attemt to page Chris and get him back to my house. After not hearing anything back I called back again and the guy said he would page the stated that I would be there and no phone call would be necessary.

When 9:15 rolled around I called back, and set up a appointment for another day. I left home and recieved a call at 9:30 by Chris that he was in my driveway. I ran home and the fat lazy kid (obvious a hired contractor) in his beat up truck was standing there on his cell phone. He checked my signal to the computer and said it was negative 17 but after tweaking with the splitter it was now neg 13. He said my wiring was outdated and to call to add a box (for twenty bucks). Now two weeks later I'm still wondering why fatboy didn't fix the issue!

When I called the phone center the tard couln't figure out why fatboy didn't fix the problem then, he puts me on hold and his superviser chews his ass and says the guy should have fixed already!

Now I had another appoinment for a Saturday between 7am and 9am and that was a complete " no show " I did get a call at 9:15 stating that the guy was running late and since I didn't answer the phone I will need to call to make another appointment. But I was told That I did recieve a 20 dollar credit for their late TARDiness.

I have another appointment and will let you all know!
Cox cable has a call center that is trained to frustrate the typical customer so they will forget the problem. Monopoly!
