Ripoff by the princess was a hair raising experience Orlando Florida

I ordered hair braiding DVD's from Braids most wanted on june 29 and was told I would recieve them on or about July 5th.

After about two weeks had passed I called the company to complain that I had not recieved my order for the amount of $169.00.

I was told they would track my order but never heard from her again, i tried calling several times after that but was never able to get in contact with ms. K again.

I sent an email to this company asking for my money or the products which I ordered I was finally sent an e-mail stating to send my address and perhaps my order was still at a post office somewhere, resent my address and have not heard from this company as of yet which is August 22. They are now refusing to answer any more of my emails. The first e-mail did state I would be recieving the dvd/s. The second e-mail asked for my home address.

I think the company is a scam and the products advertised is non-existent and I am in the process of trying to retrieve my money back.

This company has no place on the internet! They appear to be very dishonest.
