1. Two adjustable beds were ordered from above business through E-Bay Auction site and payed for through PayPal which is an E-Bay company and the facilitator of payment.

3. On 03/13 the beds purchased via PayPal through our Visa account we believed. Unknown to me our bank checking account (primary account with PP) had been used for the purchase. That purchase was cancelled at our bank after notification.
4. On 03/14 I reordered the beds thru PP using our secondary account (Visa card). On this same date, unknown to me, PP used the same account to order the beds when first transaction was cancelled.
5. This resulted in being billed twice for the beds. My reorder was for $2499.00 and $289.99 because I forgot to include shipping initially. The 289.99 was eventually refunded.
6. I have contacted the business numerous times by telephone and e-mail. I have been told everything from "I will look into it" to "A check is being sent to you". I have received nothing to date.
7. I have contacted PP several times.initially a lady in the chargeback dept. Looked it up, told me to send the business a "request payment" notice thru my PP account and she sent the business e-mail to explain why and how to credit me. Nothing to date. PP now says they can do nothing else.
8. My cc company, Capital One, credited my account, did a chargeback to sleep shop and investigated further, including me sending documentation from my PP account. After several months they charged my account back and took another 6 weeks to tell me they did not wish to get involved in the dispute and i should work it out with the merchant.
