The company lies about insurance, claiming to be fully insured which turns out to be a fraction of the replacement value. They arrive days late, claming to have "forgotten" about the pickup.
They either stole or lost several items that I packed, and refuse to admit any wrongdoing, and will reimburse less than 10% of the value of the items.
When you try to work with them to find the missing items, they become very upset, yelling and cursing about not being able to do anything about it.
