Sent CDs still waiting for payment 5 months later ripoff

I sent in my CDs in February. I received notice that they had been accepted and to expect a check within 2 weeks. My account has been marked "Approved - Pending Payment" since March 14. I emailed them and got no response. Since they pay by PayPal, I sent a request for payment through PayPal. No response. I have read numerous complaints from others saying the same thing. My guess is that they take in CDs and only pay for them if you threaten them with legal action.
