Bid for over $ 2,000. Worth and paid for all - 6 weeks later i am still waiting to receive goods -bidz customer suport does not have proof of shipment or tracking number - not able to get refund or any of the goods - i would like others to file claim as well - i should be receiving 11 shipments so far i have not received one
i believe i have just been ripped off.
I hope i can hear from others and hope to get some legal action to this madness of bidz.inc
Bidz customer support said dont worry after 8 weeks you can file a claim as lost - this is a joke if you have no proof of shipment and tracking number how can you track or even claim for loss and with whom?
I can not understand how this comapny still allowed to operate and ripp off people every second of the day
I would like to hear from others and hope that we can as a group approge Federal Trade Commissioner and other legal departments for assistance
