When I received the email, it quoted $589. Mr. Lawler is trying to say the price changed because he originally quoted me for Cypress Station, TX. He did quote me $475 for Cypress Station and then changed it to $589 once he realized his mistake. On the day of the move, the men arrived TWO hours late.
My husband signed a paper that morning and never noticed the price difference. I noticed later that the paper said $689, and I called him immediately. I certainly never thought they would have changed it again! I sincerely believe that he changed the price because they got lost and were 2 hours late arriving! The boys admitted they got lost and had been drinking the night before while in Dallas. So, I know it was not because of car trouble or traffic. I've asked for a refund of $100 and they have refused.
