I ordered a sample of First Impressions Lips over 8 months ago and was not impressed so I cancelled immediately. Two weeks ago I had an unauthorized charge for IMX in the sum of $55.00 and had to speak to three customer service folks at my credit card but numbers 2 & 3 took me seriously. I didn't even know what the company was nor did I receive a product other than sample then or now— if it were not for this consumer complaints site I still wouldn't know what was going on. Thank you—and I will follow editor's advice as well as the advice of those who said to follow editor's advice.
