Non Sufficent Funds Rebate Cheque

I purchased "Kingston Value RAM" at Office Depot in Vancouver, Canada. I made the purchase because of the advertised rebate of $15.00.

TCA Fulfillment Services Inc. Of NY sent me the cheque of $15.00. I deposit the cheque which was reject due to Non-Sufficent Funds (NSF). I was also charged $3.00 for the NSF cheque.

I am trying to contact Kingston Technologies and TCA Fulfillment Services Inc. To get my $18.00 they owe me.

I intend not to use Office Depot and Kingston products in the future.
