I sent a check for 750.00 after talking to Julie Herrick and decided to buy a puppy. The check was made out to Tammy Gilchrist, it had to be overnighted by mail. The puppy was to come May 11th but I called the night before and the puppy was sick so it was to come May 18th and no puppy. We then went with a differant one that was to come June 8th, June15th, June22nd and finally June 29th. We called on June 30th to say we would pick up the puppy and I was screemed at by Tammy that no one would be there.
July 1st Julie called to offer me a full refund stating I was not right for their puppies and it would take 30 days to get a check. July 30th left message for Julie and no responce, July 31st talked to Tammy and she was to get back to me and did not. August 1st I called Tammy and she got right back to me screeming That I get no money and that I didnt buy a dog from her, but the check was made out to her, and to stop harassing her and that she has a good lawyer.
Then on August 1st and 2nd I tried to call Julie and I cant even leave a message I think she blocked my calls. I have now looked into Tammy and she has many complaints agenst her and she uses Julie as the public relations person. She has also had other family members in with her. If you come across these people turn and run. My children are now out a puppy because I cant afford another one. I dont ever want anyone to ever have to see that look on your childs face, it will haunt me for years to come.
