These people are crooks! I called them asking for my $50 back for the associate membership. They said on July 11 that I could send it back for a full refund. I called them on 8/2-yes, they got my stuff back on July 17, but I had missed their deadline, and refused to give me a refund. I sent back my packet of information based on the info they gave me, that is, I would get my money back if I sent the stuff back. Now they pull this, that I missed their deadline! AND, I had to call them to get that information. I am so frustrated. So much for customer service! Please, please, do not deal with these people!
