When ordered a laser machine from this company, they told me it would take 3 weeks. It ended up taking 10 weeks! I was really frustrated. We had to pay the amount in full before they would deliver, which we did.
Then when it did arrive, there was no instruction manual and several parts were missing. It has been another 10 weeks and it has cost me several thousand dollars in lost contracts.
