Ripoff, sending late notifications, telling you to do the same over and over again giving dates they don'f fulfil

I have entered and submitted tickets on a ste. It is stated that my entries will be confirmed and e mailed to me. The same will happen with the results so I can claim any price I will have to submit with the TSN confirmation number.in spite off that I id not always receive these notifications. When sending e mails to the department I will receive an automated answer that they will give me an answer within 48 hours. That is been going on for months now. And that goes for the other winnings to. I have files off ay least 10 claims and paid fees of release promotional merchandise I never received. I feel like a foo trying to get responce over and over again
