They have decieved myself along with others on abtaining prepaid credit card services. When we purchased the Websecret package from radioshack there was nothing indicating issues or problems this company or its afiliates may be experiencing. There was nothing said about a waiting period to be able to use the funds other than it may take up to an hour.
The website they required me to visit to activate my card would not accept alot of the information it asked for and after many attepmts of filing it out the same way it worked, I did nothing diferent in hoopes of server issues only. It's beyond server issues. There MAY be a lot of programming bugs in their registration program still.
After those many attempts it finally accepted and showed that my $50.00 will be processed. After 1 hour and 15 mins it began to raise alot of questions so we dug deeper to find alot of consumer problems with this company and its affiliates.
Now after 24 hours my funds are stil not accessable and atm my card is useless and has cost me more in late fees due to the fact I can't spend the money on the card towards the bills i have to pay with it.
I haven't got any replies from numerous emails sent to all parties involved and occasionaly when im able to get the transaction summary to show my info it jumps to a page that states there problems have been identified and wil be fixed shortly. That message stil shows more than 24 hours later.
There are many problems listed about this bank and prepaid card company. I do hope ive not become a fraud statistic with this bank and prepaid card company
