Internet Answering Machine ripoff deducted more money from my account than they were authorized to

I ordered callwave on 7/21/06 after 4 days cancelled it because it did not work, my account was billed $11.95 which as of today still had not been replaced to my account, i received an update from my phone company that they were offering the call forwarding on busy so like an idiot i reinstalled the callwave to my computer, they stated i was only gonna be billed $4.00 well when i checked my account i saw i was billed $11.95 and $17.95, i have sent them numerous e-mails and called them when they pulled up my account on 7/28/06 they stated to me that all they charged me was $4.00 well i even e-mailed them a copy of my bank statement showing what they had done, they told me i need to contact my bank that this is not what there records show, well someone at callwave has made these deductions from my account this is what my bank says, i think my monewy need put back into my account
