Our cable company was just aquired by RAPID CABLE. I am unable to contact anyone when we have problems. I have talked to several of my neighbors and they have not been able to contact any one either. I have tried to call the coporate office and I am not able to speak to any one other than the receptionest.
I have filled a complaint with the BBB and The Attorney General Consumer Protection division. I was told by the BBB, that they have a unacceptable rating. Do I have any other options or has anyone been successful dealing with this company.
