I purchased a Shih Tzu puppy online at Puppypassport. I had purchased it from Richard N. David aka Richard White. I never purchased a puppy online so i did it for my son, and when i asked how to send it he said moneygram, so the money i worked hard for I had sent and I got an email from him saying that the puppy will be delivered within 24hours and i never received my dog. When i emailed him he said that he was going to see what the hold up was. Well meanwhile I did my own investigation and made a fake email and told him I was intrested in buying the same puppy and he told me the same thing. So yeah he is scaming people and he could careless. Well I told puppypassport so they can put an alert out for him, I contacted twice and they never wrote back. So if the man needed it that bad fine, but what goes around comes around.
