Time Shares by Owner is the biggest Rip-off company advertising the fact they can rent out your time share if you first pay them $699. I have paid them in Feb. 2006 to market out time share and have received not one phone call. It is a resort in Branson Missouri called Westgate Branson Lakes at Emerald Pointe. The resort has been booked all spring and summer long. When I asked why they havent received any calls they claim that no-one saw our add.
I believe we have paid for an advertising agency that doesnt advertise. They just take your $699 and either hang up on you when you call or they never get back to you when you leave a message. They are very rude to deal with and I have never seen the ad they have claimed to have printed in various magazines and papers.
