Last Febuary Rick Berman lied and scammed me out of $700.00 by telling me that he had people that were interested in my time share property, and that I should act fast. He said that all of my money was refundable if he didn't sell it in the next 4 to 6 months.
Well I have been trying to contact him to find out how things were going, only to find out that you cannot contact Rick even though hes the agent that made the deal with you to begain with. I just got shuffled to some poor receptionist that said that agents don't make those deals and that she wuold have rick return my call right away.
After 10 calls Rick has never retuned my calls and the customer service has basicly told me that there is no gurentee to sell my property and no refund as agreed with Rick, and the money is theirs and I did the deal at my own risk.
My lawer is looking into a class action suit, here do we sign up?
