The 'arbitrator' called me to CarFrehener.
CarFreshener refereed me to Liberty Good, their insurer.
A spanish-talking woman from Liberty Good was really rude in my experience. She declined to approach the state after I informed her that I'd rather not provide her my protection amount.
Wal Mart, the shop where I initially had bought the CarFreshener has been doing practically nothing and also the store-manager will not return my repeated telephone calls.
Walmart's mantra must be transformed from 'Satisfaction Assured' to 'Buyer Beware'.
