The other day my wife and I were shopping at the wal-mart in west jefferson. We had just bought a bmw 5 series and parked it in a proper parking space. Evidently wal-mart does not make enough prophet to pay an employee to get the carts from the parking lot. The wind started blowing and blew two shopping carts and a trash can into the side of our vehicle. Wal-mart said they were not responsible for the incident. One of the walmart employees with the claims department (Melanie Phelps) was very rude and uneducated. She informed that walmart was not responsible. I questioned her as to how they came to that conclusion and she was unable to explain, instead she became irate. Which this goes to show how much education she must have. She probably upgraded from a door greeter position after trying to search a customer that was entering the store for stolen merchandise. I would love to know the hiring practice and where wal mart gets their resume.
