Dear Michelle:
It is with much disappointment and frustration I write this letter to your company, Worldwide Moving Systems Inc.
Below is our experience with you company
June 25th The driver, Joseph arrived at our NY address to pick up our belongings. He informed us that we should receive our belongings within 7 days. WE NEVER RECEIVED them on time. My nephew asked Joseph if he needed any help and Joseph stated he would hire him for the day. My nephew and only him carried EVERY box down to the moving truck. He even carried all the heavy furniture with help of Joseph.
Joseph NEVER compensated my nephew and still charged us the 75 ft long haul fee, although HE DID NOT haul ANYTHING for 75 feet. Our NY address is under monitored video surveillance which will easily prove our claim. Joseph also put stickers on items he forgot to move to the truck, a couple of boxes an area rug and much to my son's dismay his bicycle.
June 29 thru July 9th,
WE called Erin 14 times to inquire as to our belongings without ever being given an appropriate estimated time of arrival. During these documented conversations with Erin, he first informed us the truck was delayed due to the truck not being full, on another occasion he told us the truck had broken down, on another occasion he told us the truck had to turn back from Virginia for another move, the yet on another occasion he told us the drivers were irresponsible. We hears excuse after excuse yet we paid our payment to your company immediately and without excuses.
July 8
Erin informed us that the drivers should contact us within 24 hours prior to arrival. Well they called us @ 8 pm and said they would arrive shortly. They arrived on Monday, July 10th @ 1:00 AM!
July 10th
The driver, Dane knocked on our door at 1:00 am. We told him why he had to come so late when we had already informed him that anything so late should just wait to the next day. He told us he just wanted to go home and get this move out of the way, he also informed us his partner had his foot hurt and that he would move our belongings himself. He gave us furniture that did not belong to us; we returned it right then and there. As he was bringing our things in I informed him of missing and broken furniture, He dismissed it easily by saying oh Just take pictures.
I know our belongings may not mean much to your company, but it means the world to us, otherwise we would have never paid to have it moved to begin with. Dane also asked us to give him a break because he said he was too tired to assemble our furniture. The truck Dane was driving left bad oil stains on our newly paved driveway. While bringing in our furniture Dane chipped and stained our walls
3 BOXES missing and our furniture broken, soiled, damaged, chipped, we sit here in this mess wondering, What on earth Can your company do to compensate us for our monetary loss, frustration and pain you have caused us.
1.3 boxes missing box #1 contained all of my sons stuffed animals (apprx. 39) box #2 contained all of my sons books (appx 50 books) and brand new unused school supplies, box#3 contained new cases of HP office paper, 4 packets of photo paper 4x6,8 x10,3 staplers, hole punchers and shredder.
2. Broken picture in glass frame, one large broken mirror, 2 broken dressers, damaged bookcase headboard, heavily soiled brand new (recently purchased with receipt) king size mattress, box springs damaged.

4. Driver REFUSED to assemble our furniture as stated in contract
