I just wanted to make a comment about this person that is trying to tell everyone that she's working to rescue pugs.
I would like to know how anyone can say that they worry about pugs and how they're being overbred and then dumped onto rescue groups when she breeds them!
Not only is she a backyard pug breeder but she gives surrendered pugs to people that already have 11 or 12 pugs crammed into their home. And she gives these surrendered pugs to someone who is also constantly overbreeding her pugs. Do a search in here on "pugnaround" and read the responses of this woman who says she so loves her pugs. TRUE rescue groups don't breed their pugs. TRUE rescue groups have all surrendered pugs vet checked and spayed/neutered BEFORE they're placed into a new home. TRUE rescue groups don't receive surrendered dogs and place them in a home where they'll be bred, or studded, over and over and over again.
Is this woman asking for donations so that everyone else can pay for her breeding practices? Sure looks that way to me.

So please, if you want to adopt a pug, or if you want to surrender your pug, do a lot of research and make sure your pug is going to a rescue group that truely cares for the dog and the homes they go to. And if you're looking to adopt a pug, again, do a lot of research on pug rescues. There are so many fantastic rescue groups out there.
