Your Company has taken unauthorized payments from my account, I have tried to call the phone number listed on my bank statement and it is not a good number, I have tried to contact you through e-mail, with no success.
I was NEVER charged for the book that I ordered and I AUTHORIZED NOTHING ELSE, but 2 unauthorized payments where taken, one for $34.85 and another for $71.40. This all done before I even received the book, which I promptly returned unopened and delivery refused.
I have contacted my bank to depute the charges and if I don't hear from your company by 7-14-06, I will contact the BBB and I will find out whomever else I can contact to turn this matter over to.
I only expected to pay $14.95 for the book and S & H, but your company took $106.25 out of my account and did not even charge me for the book, you obliviously think that the people that call for your book are "Well Off" but I am not and can not afford to have this amount of money taken illegally from my account.
I have researched you on the internet and have found that you regularly do this practice, unfortunately you have not learned your lesson.
I want a voice phone number to contact and I want all money returned to my bank immediately!

This was sent on 7-12-06, only because I have been unable to contact the company that I called originally. This guy is a total RIP OFF. If you have any information that can help me please contact me.
